Scope and behavior

The bot reads the Usina del Arte and Palacio Libertad agendas, related event pages, and public calendar metadata. It uses MusicBrainz metadata and AWS Bedrock to classify public event information for a private email digest. It does not book tickets, register attendees, submit contact forms, train models, or publish the collected content.

It checks hourly, with additional checks every 15 minutes between 08:00 and 20:45 in UTC−3. Unchanged event details are cached. Requests to each venue are spaced at least one second apart, with longer delays when requested by robots.txt. The bot honors robots.txt and reports access failures to its operator.

The bot uses Ed25519 HTTP message signatures through Web Bot Auth. Cloudflare verification is subject to review; access remains subject to the website owner's policy.
